The Origin

My story on the island began with a brave decision by my father: leaving Buenos Aires behind when I was 12 to start fresh here. Between the desks of the Santa Gertrudis school and the stalls of the Santa Eulària market, I discovered that Ibiza runs on human connection. Watching my father’s vocation in hospitality taught me that the success of any service lies in how we make people feel.

This became my foundation for understanding "user experience" long before I moved into technology. After witnessing the grit of local entrepreneurs like my friend Yasmin in Es Canar, I realized that small businesses needed better tools, not more bureaucracy.

With Honne, I’ve come full circle: I apply 12 years of experience as a Product Manager to put technology at the service of local authenticity. We don’t design cold software; we design solutions so that hoteliers and local providers can reclaim their time and keep doing what they do best: welcoming people.

Experience Ibiza is the heart of Honne, a platform born from a conversation between friends and a shared vision. After 12 years of designing digital products as a Product Manager, and just as many spent by my partner Michael leading operations as a Hotel Director, we realized a fundamental truth: technology only makes sense if it solves the real-world problems of the person standing behind the front desk.

We are not a cold piece of software or a distant catalog. We are Honne’s technology dedicated to empowering both hotels and local providers. Our mission is to allow hoteliers to offer every experience with the confidence of someone who knows the person behind it. We aim to strip away bureaucracy and digital friction, giving you back what truly matters: the time to focus on your guests.
